Rachel is delayed because she is afraid to leave her infant with a baby-sitter, whilst Monica and Chandler argue over Chandler's urge to resume smoking - and then yield to other urges...

Ross is uncomfortable with Emma's new nanny's (Freddy Prinze Jr.) sensitivity. Meanwhile, Phoebe has to choose between two ardent suitors and Chandler feels threatened when Monica announces one of her new co-workers is a really funny guy.

Chandler can't resist the urge to accompany Joey when he goes to view Monica's former lover, Richard's, apartment. However, they both get more than they bargain for when they discover an old video that appears to feature Monica having sex.
